This technical assistance project supports the INTEC project (20 million), which aims to enhance Central American economic integration and maximize the benefits of the EU-Central America Association Agreement by reducing barriers to competitiveness and economic diversification. The expected results of the project are: 

• Update and harmonize regulatory frameworks
• Facilitate trade within the region
• Develop and promote at least four sustainable regional value chains, strengthening the capacity of MSMEs, particularly women entrepreneurs.
