Geolocation
Geolocation makes it possible to propose the nearest inspector to the factory/facility.
Our geolocation tool allows you to choose the most suitable inspector, according to the geographical location of the inspection. Through a navigable map from a global (world) view to a specific city, it shows the geographical location of all our inspectors.
Search engine
A search engine by inspector's technical qualification.
The IMT search engine includes different options to filter the results, for example, you can search by qualification, certification, specific skills, etc. You can also filter by country, as well as whether the inspector is willing to travel.
Registration report
All reports are uploaded to the platform as a repository to maintain traceability
Once the reports are completed, they are assigned specific identification numbers and added to the repository for future reference, along with the information contained, such as activity, type of inspection, coordinating office and country, inspector, etc.
Puntuation
Coordinators can rate inspectors' performance.
Once the inspection is completed, the coordinator evaluates the work performed by the inspector from one to five stars (one: poor performance, five: optimal performance). This mechanism ensures that the best inspectors are selected to perform the activities.
Inspector profile management
Inspectors can access their profiles to keep them up in date.
The IMT management tool allows inspectors to upload documents such as qualifications, updated CVs and other information to their profiles through a quick and easy process. Thanks to this utility, the inspector ensures that their qualifications and experience are accessible to anyone.
Black flag
Black flag in case of underperforming inspector
At any time, coordinators are able to identify inspectors who are engaging in malpractice in their inspections. A black-flagged inspector is not allowed to perform any inspection. Thanks to this utility, coordinators and clients ensure that the best inspectors are chosen to perform the tasks.
